We’d like to take a moment to recognize a star on our sales team, Conor Kearns! Conor started his career at Epic in February of 2016 as a Client Relations Associate for the inside sales department, and his infectious positive personality continues to be admired and appreciated by all of his colleagues.
While making calls to Epic families, Conor learned that we have a patient who has different sized feet, and therefore, requires two different sizes of shoes. The patient’s grandmother usually goes to Walmart and buys two sets of shoes in different sizes to accommodate him, but has found this is no longer affordable.
Conor spent all morning that day searching to find a retailer that would accommodate someone with this need. Conor found an online vendor that will produce different sized shoe pairs! The patient’s grandmother was thrilled and appreciative when Conor gave her this valuable information to benefit her family.
Conor’s story is a prime example of what the Epic Staff Superstar honor represents. This is the Epic culture. Conor daily exercises the “going above and beyond” attitude, and his drive to provide our patients the best care possible is appreciated by all.
At Epic Health Services, we’re all about strengthening our team and encouraging our employees to take on leadership roles as their talents develop. Promoted to Client Relations Director in May, Conor is a determined young man who is on the path to achieve even more successes in his new role. Besides assisting the patient families, Conor loves being surrounded by likeminded individuals with similar goals. He’s motivated by his teammates, and he’s proud to be part of a company where integrity is the culture and hard work is rewarded.
