Meet Our Epic Nurses!

In honor of National Nurses Week, we’re introducing you to a few members of our amazing Epic nursing team! Today, we’re excited to introduce you Stephanie Russell and Sandra Rodriguez who were recently promoted to nursing director and regional nursing director, respectively.

Stephanie Russell, Nursing Director

epic-news-home-health-care-special-needs-national-nurses-week-pediatric-skilled-nursing-private-duty-therapy-1Stephanie joined Epic in November of 2012 and most recently held the position of nursing supervisor with our Fort Worth branch. Prior to joining Epic, she held positions in a pediatric step-down cardiac unit, infusion clinic, and as a pediatric heart transplant coordinator.

In her new role as nursing director, Stephanie will be responsible for the Fort Worth branch.

Stephanie graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.S. in Nursing and holds an Associate’s degree in Nursing from El Centro College.

Stephanie is married to her husband, Jason. They have three children and live in Fort Worth. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

Sandra Rodriguez, Regional Nursing Director

epic-news-home-health-care-special-needs-national-nurses-week-pediatric-skilled-nursing-private-duty-therapy-2Sandra joined Epic’s Fort Worth branch in April of 2012 and most recently held the position of nursing director. Her experience spans over nine years working with the pediatric population and six years in home health. In her new role as regional nursing director, Sandra will be responsible for Epic branches throughout west Texas.

Sandra graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.S. in Nursing and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing.

In her spare time, she enjoys weight training and spending time with her daughter.
