At Epic, delivering high quality patient care is at the core of everything we do.
The primary goal throughout pediatric therapy sessions is to ensure that each child functions at a higher level than he or she could previously.
To accomplish this, we aggressively recruit the best and brightest therapists from across Texas and employ an outstanding team of therapy supervisors.
Supervisors play a critical role in the therapy process in many ways, including:
- Help therapists from a variety of backgrounds to focus his or her skills in a way that will best serve our patients.
- Ensure each therapist is aware of the benefits of being a part of a large clinical team that works together to share ideas and solve problems in order to provide the best possible outcome for each patient.
- Help therapists navigate and hone in on each patient’s unique needs and circumstances.
- Identify and source other specialists – such as nurses, behavioral specialists, audiologists or low-vision specialists – that may improve the quality of care for each patient.
Together, all of these factors contribute to the “Epic Difference”.
Parents and caregivers can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing their child is being treated by a team that is highly skilled and trained to meet their child’s individual needs while helping to guide families through the therapy process.
